Jessie J Criticisies The Voice's Rival Britain's Got Talent For Child Auditions

The 'Wild' singer says she doesn't approve of children being ridiculed on stage like in the ITV show.
Jessie J has hit out at her reality show rival Britain's Got Talent for allowing younger children to audition and compete on the show against adults.  The 'Domino' singer, who returned last weekend with brand new single 'Wild' , stars as a vocal coach on the ITV talent show's rival The Voice UK, and says she doesn't approve of the show's focus on younger talent this year.  "I can't agree with kids having to go through three or four auditions, when it's purely for ridicule," Jessie told The Sun this week, while airing her opinion on the ITV show. "I think it's wrong.  "I watched BGT auditions and there are these kids getting laughed at by the audience," she explained. "I'm like, 'Woah, why?'  "I get very uncomfortable seeing young kids on stage because I know what it's like," Jessie continued. "I know however much greatness there is in this word, there are a lot of mean people behind computers.  "Children need to be children" the singer added.
