Jessie J Would Do Fifty Shades Of Grey Film Soundtrack: "Who Knows, Why Not?"

The 'Price Tag' singer says she wouldn't rule out doing a song for the upcoming film.

Jessie J has suggested she would be up for recording the soundtrack song to the highly anticipated Fifty Shades Of Grey film.
The film, based on E.L. James' popular erotic novel, has been in the works for some time and 'Domino singer Jessie admits she would do it if asked.
"I could do the song for the Fifty Shades film!" Jessie revealed to the Daily Star this week. "Who knows, why not?"

The 'Wild' singer, who is now preparing for the release of her second studio album, says her musical influences have evolved a lot since her last record.
"I'm 25 now and I was 18 when I wrote my first album," the star explained. "So however much I love 'Price Tag' I feel a bit childish singing it now.
"And that's OK to say, I've grown and evolved and this new album's more about who I'm gonna be for ever, rather than who I am right now," Jessie added.
Jessie J recently opened up about the name of her new album to Capital, revealing it is just one word and is something she says "all the time".

The Voice judge Jessie J facing new operation on injured ankle

Jessie's excruciating struggle with her left foot means she is undergoing surgery at the end of the year.

Blow: Jessie J
Jessie J is looking fighting fit at the moment and her stage performances are as energetic as ever.
But I can reveal that behind the scenes The Voice judge is still in constant agony from an ankle injury she incurred TWO years ago and is being forced to go back under the knife.
The Price Tag singer, 25, puts on a brave face for her fans (or “heartbeats”, as she calls them) but her excruciating struggle with her left foot means she is undergoing surgery at the end of the year to have a metal plate removed.
Jessie tells me: “I’m getting some time off at Christmas and I’m having surgery to have the plate removed.
“It is flicking against my bone and is causing a lot of pain.
“I hurt my ankle about two years ago and it’s still causing me a lot of discomfort.
“The foot is still bruised and swells up because it won’t heal, so I’m having the metal taken out.”
Jessie’s ordeal began in June 2011, when she had a nasty fall at Wembley Stadium during tour rehearsals. She underwent a bone transplant as part of reconstructive surgery to mend her left ankle and had to wear a cast for two months. (Who can forget how she styled out, sitting on a throne at Glastonbury, right?)
But she defied doctor’s orders and began wearing high heels again, even as she continued to recover.
The jet-set hit-maker, who’s due to release her eagerly anticipated second album later this year, adds that there’s some side-effects to having a metal plate fitted.
She says: “It sets off the security systems at airports and when I sit down it goes cold like a cow.
“I’m hoping it will be sorted at Christmas then it will be done and dusted and I can
have some down time.” But Jessie might have to be prepared to hang up her dancing shoes for longer than the Christmas holidays.
3am’s on-call medic, Dr Anna Nott, says: “Cases vary individually but, generally speaking, the
patient would need at least six weeks’ rest, plus ongoing intensive physiotherapy, to strengthen and re-build the stability in the ankle that the plate previously provided.”
Don’t panic, Jess – maybs Gaga will lend you her gold-plated wheelchair while you’re on the mend.

Jessie J: “There’s no point shaving your head for charity if you’re going to grow it back the next day”

The 'Wild' Singer Said “There’s no point shaving your head for charity if you’re going to grow it back the next day”

Not only did she bravely shave her head on live television for charity (and look enviably good with a buzz cut), she's stuck with the close-cut crop for nearly three months - and we have it on good authority that it will be sticking around for a bit longer.
We caught up with Jessie at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, where she picked up her third Glamour Award - this year the Editor's Special from Jo Elvin.
On the subject of her dramatic new hairstyle, she said: "I want to keep it like this for a bit, yes. I look like this on my album cover. I wanted to make a statement. I feel like there's no point in shaving your head for charity if you're then going to just grow it back the next day."
We say good on you Jessie - every single time someone new sees Jessie's buzz cut for the first time they'll ask why she has it - find out, and raise more awareness for Comic Relief.

Jessie J has confessed that she may not be returning for a third series of The Voice.
The 'Price Tag' star is currently preparing for the final of the second series, but admitted her own busy schedule could stop her making a hat-trick of appearances.
"If I can do another series then it would be great but if I can't because of my schedule then so be it," the singer told the Daily Star. "I don't think people realise it takes up a lot of my time."She continued: "Everything happens for a reason. I don't know what I'll do – at the moment I'm focusing on this series."

The final will feature Jessie's act Matt Henry, as well as Mike Ward, Andrea Begley and Leah McFall.
She was also asked about ever going on The X Factor.
"Been there. I would never go on X Factor. I'm not focused on anything to do with it," she added. "I just want to relate myself to things that are positive. All four of the coaches on The Voice are like that. We want to see the good in people while we're on this show."
Meanwhile, fellow coach Danny O'Donoghue has also been speaking about the show and admitted just being able to sing is not the nly key to success.

Jessie J Says New Album Is "More Grown Up" But Still "Tough And Rebellious"

The 'Domino' singer has also been speaking about one of her favourite tracks on the record.

Jessie J has been teasing more details about her forthcoming second album and said it will be more of a "grown up" record than her debut' Who You Are'.
The 'Who's Laughing Now' star told MTV UK that she can't wait for fans to hear the album and admitted she still has the same "hard hitting" style as before.
"It's still tough, it's still rebellious, it's still hard hitting but it's definitely more grown up, but it's definitely more thought through," she said.
The 'Do It Like A Dude' singer continued: "The music's a little more hitting, I can hear this in the clubs this one you know and I can hear it acoustic and I can hear it on piano."

Jessie also divulged details on one of her favourite moments on the album and said it could prove to be a struggle to perform live.
"There's one song on the album which is just me and piano and it's one of my favourites, it's really really personal," she declared. "I don't know if I'll ever be able to sing it live because of what it's about but I think that it will be one of those songs that a lot of people can relate to."

Jessie J and Amanda Holden lead the fashion fails.

The 'Domino' Singer leads the fashion fails at Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

They may be the two biggest women on TV right now but Jessie J and Amanda Holden looked as though they could do with a little extra help in the styles stakes as they stepped out for the Glamour Women of the Year Awards this evening. All eyes were on Voice coach Jessie who wore an unflattering royal blue ensemble for the star-studded bash in Berkeley Square, London.
Although the Wild singer’s winged tunic had a giant slit down the back and cut-out sides, the wealth of material drowned her slender frame. And to really set things off,  the 25-year-old songbird teamed the garish outfit with a yellow manicure and green clutch.Elsewhere on the red carpet, Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden posed for photographs dressed in an equally fussy number.
The mum-of-two opted for a grey, floor length gown which looked as though it had been pinned to together at the last minute. She accessorised the one-shouldered frock with a cream snake skin bag and matching stilettos.

Jessie J And Rita Ora kick off star-studded Sound Of Change concert as they bare their midriffs on stage in cropped top

The 'Wild' Singer Kicks The Show Off With Her New Song 'Wild'
It's one of the most star studded concerts of the year with a stellar line-up including Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Ellie Goulding.

So the stars taking to the stage for Chime For Change's Sound Of Change concert were of course battling for attention as they showed off their stage outfits and gave it their all on Saturday evening.
And it was Brit singers Jessie J and Rita Ora who kicked off proceedings to dramatic effect.
Jessie was the first on stage, showing off her bleach blonde shaved hairdo as she writhed around in a black cropped top and trousers.
She took the opportunity to treat the crowd to a first listen of her new single Wild.
It certainly seemed to have worked as the audience did indeed go wild as the impressive show kicked off at Twickenham Stadium.
And it seems crop tops were the uniform of the evening as Rita Ora, the second big artist on stage, also rocked out in a tiny midriff baring top.
Rita gave an energetic performance as she gave the stage some glitter in her gold sequin outfit.
She completed her look with a slick of red lipstick as she jumped up and down to her music.

In between their two acts the stunned crowd were treated to a video message from Prince Harry, before actress Salma Hayek walked on stage in her glamour gown to introduce the proceedings.
The next big names to walk on stage were James Franco, who received a rapturous response from the audience.
He was flanked by Jessica Chastain before they introduced Rita on stage.
Following Ora's stand out set, Florence Welch was next to perform, although one of the biggest responses of the evening came when Madonna walked out.

Jessie J Criticisies The Voice's Rival Britain's Got Talent For Child Auditions

The 'Wild' singer says she doesn't approve of children being ridiculed on stage like in the ITV show.
Jessie J has hit out at her reality show rival Britain's Got Talent for allowing younger children to audition and compete on the show against adults.  The 'Domino' singer, who returned last weekend with brand new single 'Wild' , stars as a vocal coach on the ITV talent show's rival The Voice UK, and says she doesn't approve of the show's focus on younger talent this year.  "I can't agree with kids having to go through three or four auditions, when it's purely for ridicule," Jessie told The Sun this week, while airing her opinion on the ITV show. "I think it's wrong.  "I watched BGT auditions and there are these kids getting laughed at by the audience," she explained. "I'm like, 'Woah, why?'  "I get very uncomfortable seeing young kids on stage because I know what it's like," Jessie continued. "I know however much greatness there is in this word, there are a lot of mean people behind computers.  "Children need to be children" the singer added.
